Abstract

Stop korzystnie, może zawierać tytan (Ti) w ilości wagowej 4 razy większej niż zawarta w stopie ilość wagowa węgla pomniejszona o wartość 0,6 - 0,8%, wanad (V) w ilości wagowej 5,5 razy większej niż zawarta w stopie ilość wagowa węgla pomniejszona o wartość 0,6 - 0,8%, cyrkon (Zr) w ilości wagowej 8 razy większej niż zawarta w stopie ilość wagowa węgla pomniejszona o wartość 0,6 - 0,8%, niob (Nb) w ilości wagowej 8 razy większej niż zawarta w stopie ilość wagowa węgla pomniejszona o wartość 0,6 - 0,8%, wolfram (W) w ilości wagowej 15 razy większej niż zawarta w stopie ilość wagowa węgla pomniejszona o wartość 0,6 - 0,8%, tal (Ta) w ilości wagowej 15 razy większej niż zawarta w stopie ilość wagowa węgla pomniejszona o wartość 0,6 - 0,8%, hafn (Hf) w ilości wagowej 15 razy większej niż zawarta w stopie ilość wagowa węgla pomniejszona o wartość 0,6 - 0,8%.High-hardness tool casting alloy containing by weight 0.6 - 4.6% carbon (C), 0.5 - 2.0% manganese (Mn), less than 2.0% silicon (Si), less than 0.05% phosphorus ( P), not more than 0.05% sulfur (S), 1.0 - 3.0% Chromium (Cr), 0.5 - 2.0% nickel (Ni), 0.3 - 1.5% molybdenum (Mo), 0.02 - 0.05% aluminum (Al), the rest is iron (Fe), unavoidable impurities are characterized by the fact that instead of some iron (Fe), the alloy contains at least one of the elements from the group including titanium (Ti), niobium (Nb), vanadium (V), tungsten (W), zirconium (Zr), hafnium (Hf), tantalum (Ta), and the total weight of the elements from this group used in the alloy ranges from 1.0 - 15.0% of the alloy by weight. The alloy may preferably contain titanium (Ti) in a weight amount 4 times greater than the weight amount of carbon contained in the alloy less 0.6 - 0.8%, vanadium (V) in an amount 5.5 times greater than the weight contained in the alloy the weight of carbon reduced by 0.6 - 0.8%, zirconium (Zr) in an amount 8 times greater than the weight of carbon contained in the alloy reduced by 0.6 - 0.8%, niobium (Nb) in weight 8 times greater than the weight amount of carbon contained in the alloy reduced by the value of 0.6 - 0.8%, tungsten (W) in an amount by weight 15 times greater than the weight amount of carbon contained in the alloy reduced by the value 0.6 - 0.8 %, thallium (Ta) in an amount 15 times greater than the weight amount of carbon contained in the alloy less 0.6 - 0.8%, hafnium (Hf) in an amount 15 times greater than the weight amount of carbon contained in the alloy less value 0.6 - 0.8%.
