Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zestaw kontenerowy do hodowli i/lub chowu owadów i/lub form larwalnych owadów oraz zastosowania zestawu kontenerowego. Zestaw kontenerowy (1) do hodowli i/lub chowu owadów i/lub form larwalnych owadów oraz zastosowania zestawu kontenerowego (1) jako konstrukcji zamkniętej. Zestaw kontenerowy (1) zawiera przynajmniej na jednej wewnętrznej ścianie kontenera wielokondygnacyjny regał z powierzchnią hodowlaną w postaci półek i/lub autonomicznych taśm transmisyjnych i/lub pojemników, połączony ze zbiornikiem paszy, korzystnie poprzez pompę dozującą, korzystnie automatyczną, najlepiej przy wykorzystaniu podajników, korzystnie przewodowych, przy czym posiada otwór wejściowy (7), a także jest wyposażony w układ zasilania (8) i zasilane tym układem odpowiednio: lampy oświetleniowe, układ grzewczy i/lub nawiewno-klimatyzacyjny i/lub układ grzewczo-chłodzący, układ sterowania oraz korzystnie układ nawadniania, przy czym regał ma od 1 do 30 kondygnacji powierzchni hodowlanych, korzystnie między 5, a 15 kondygnacji, przy czym zwielokrotnione kondygnacje znajdują się w odstępach od 15cm do 100cm, natomiast kontener (2) posiada przynajmniej jedno złącze osadcze (15) do połączenia go rozłącznego z naczepą (16) stanowiącą jezdny element zestawu (1), a także posiada co najmniej dwa wsporniki dystansowe stanowiące nogi kontenera (2) wysuwne w kierunku podłoża, na którym kontener (2) jest przynajmniej tymczasowo osadzany gdy nie jest przemieszczany, oraz przy czym kontener (2) posiada co najmniej jedną wnękę wklęsłą do wewnątrz, korzystnie zlokalizowaną w jego przynajmniej jednej powierzchni, przy czym we wnęce, korzystnie licująco z pozostałą powierzchnią kontenera (2), mocowany jest przynajmniej jeden z elementów takich, jak: zbiornik paszy, pompa dozująca, podajniki, układ zasilania (8), układ grzewczy, układ nawiewno-klimatyzacyjny, układ sterowania, układ nawadniania, podest otworu wejściowego (7).The subject of the application is a container set for breeding and/or breeding insects and/or larval forms of insects and the use of the container set. Container set (1) for breeding and/or breeding insects and/or insect larval forms and using the container set (1) as a closed structure. The container set (1) contains, on at least one inner wall of the container, a multi-story shelf with a breeding surface in the form of shelves and/or autonomous transmission belts and/or containers, connected to the feed tank, preferably through a dosing pump, preferably automatic, preferably using feeders, preferably wired, with an entrance opening (7), and is also equipped with a power supply system (8) and powered by this system respectively: lighting lamps, heating and/or supply and air conditioning system and/or heating and cooling system, control system and, preferably, irrigation system, where the rack has from 1 to 30 tiers of breeding surfaces, preferably between 5 and 15 tiers, with multiple tiers located at intervals of 15 cm to 100 cm, while the container (2) has at least one mounting joint (15) for it is detachably connected to the semi-trailer (16) constituting the moving element of the set (1), and also has at least two distance brackets constituting the legs of the container (2) extendable towards the ground on which the container (2) is placed at least temporarily when it is not moved, and wherein the container (2) has at least one cavity concave inwards, preferably located in at least one of its surfaces, and in the cavity, preferably flush with the remaining surface of the container (2), at least one of the elements is mounted, such as: a tank feed, dosing pump, feeders, power supply system (8), heating system, supply and air conditioning system, control system, irrigation system, entrance hole platform (7).
