Abstract
Krystalizator do poziomego odlewania ciągłego posiada korpus (1), rdzeń (2) i tuleje (3). Rdzeń (2) posiada spiralnie umieszczone wypusty (4), a korpus (1) ma otwór wejściowy. Na powierzchni łączącej korpus (1) i rdzeń (2) od strony wyjściowej znajdują się kanały odpływowe (6) umieszczone dookólnie. Osie kanałów odpływowych (6) są ułożone ukośnie do osi korpusu (1) i rdzenia (2). Kanały odpływowe (6) mają postać pokrywających się rowków w korpusie (1) i w rdzeniu (2). Krystalizator posiada osiem kanałów odpływowych (6). Korpus (1) od strony wejściowej posiada kołnierz (7), a rdzeń (2) od strony wejściowej posiada kołnierz (8) przy czym kołnierze (7 i 8) połączone są połączeniami śrubowymi (9). Kołnierze (7 i 8) połączone są czterema połączeniami śrubowymi (9) ułożonymi dookólnie. Kołnierze (7 i 8) posiadają otwory montażowe. Krystalizator posiada cztery otwory montażowe umiejscowione pomiędzy połączeniami śrubowymi (9). Krystalizator wyposażony jest w pierścień dociskowy pasowany z rdzeniem (2) od strony kołnierza (8). Pierścień częściowo znajduje się wewnątrz rdzenia (2), a częściowo opiera się na kołnierzu (8). Rdzeń (2) posiada rowek z uszczelką (13) posadowiony pomiędzy kołnierzem (8), a wypustami (4). Uszczelka (13) ma postać o-ringu.The crystallizer for horizontal continuous casting has a body (1), a core (2) and sleeves (3). The core (2) has spirally placed splines (4), and the body (1) has an entrance hole. On the surface connecting the body (1) and the core (2) on the exit side, there are drainage channels (6) located all around. The axes of the drainage channels (6) are arranged obliquely to the axes of the body (1) and core (2). The drainage channels (6) have the form of overlapping grooves in the body (1) and in the core (2). The crystallizer has eight drainage channels (6). The body (1) on the input side has a flange (7), and the core (2) on the input side has a flange (8), with the flanges (7 and 8) connected by screw connections (9). The flanges (7 and 8) are connected with four screw connections (9) arranged all around. The flanges (7 and 8) have mounting holes. The crystallizer has four mounting holes located between the screw connections (9). The crystallizer is equipped with a pressure ring that fits with the core (2) on the side of the flange (8). The ring is partly inside the core (2) and partly resting on the flange (8). The core (2) has a groove with a seal (13) located between the flange (8) and the splines (4). The seal (13) is in the form of an O-ring.
