Abstract
Sposób laserowego spawania ogniw galwanicznych w procesie wytwarzania modułu baterii elektrycznej polega na połączeniu fizycznym oraz elektrycznym szeregowym i/lub równoległym elektrod ogniw galwanicznych poprzez element łączący o konstrukcji przewodzącej elektrycznie, za pomocą spawania laserowego. Przed procesem spawania laserowego elektrod ogniw galwanicznych (2) wykonuje się bezstykowy trójwymiarowy pomiar pozycji elementów łączących elektrody ogniw galwanicznych (2) za pomocą systemu pomiarowego i w oparciu o wspomniany pomiar pozycjonuje się spoiny i wynik przesyła do oprogramowania sterującego głowicą spawającą. Następnie przy użyciu wspomnianej głowicy spawającej prowadzi się proces spawania laserowego elementów łączących do elektrod ogniw galwanicznych (2) według zadanego ich połączenia, przy czym podczas wspomnianego bezstykowego trójwymiarowego pomiaru pozycji elektrod ogniw galwanicznych (2) oraz podczas procesu spawania laserowego dociska się element/elementy łączące do wspomnianych ogniw galwanicznych (2).
