Abstract

Przedmiotem niniejszego zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania opatrzonego oznakowaniem w postaci znaku wodnego podłoża papierowego, w szczególności stanowiącego nośnik danych do dokumentów z elementami zabezpieczającymi, a zwłaszcza dokumentów wartościowych z elementami zabezpieczającymi, przy czym korzystnie oznakowanie obejmuje dane personalne i/lub oznaczenia indywidualizujące, który to sposób obejmuje następujące etapy: a) projektowania obrazu źródłowego odpowiadającego nanoszonemu na podłoże papierowe w postaci znaku wodnego oznakowaniu, w którym to etapie, po opracowaniu, korzystnie za pomocą komputera skonfigurowanego do projektowania obrazów graficznych, graficznego obrazu, jaki ma być docelowo naniesiony na podłoże papierowe w postaci znaku wodnego, wyznacza się zespół danych wejściowych definiujących pożądany obraz, a następnie, takie wyznaczone dane wejściowe przekształca się za pomocą komputera skonfigurowanego do wykonywania takiego przekształcenia w stanowiący zapis obrazu źródłowego kodowy plik graficzny opisujący nanoszone oznaczenie; b) dostarczania podłoża papierowego; c) zabezpieczania podłoża papierowego z etapu b) przez nanoszenie na podłoże oznakowania w postaci znaku wodnego przez naświetlanie podłoża papierowego za pomocą sterowanego komputerowo ultraszybkiego lasera, którego wiązka modyfikuje papierowe podłoże przynajmniej na części obszaru, korzystnie, na całym obszarze transparentnym, przy czym uzyskiwany znak wodny uzyskuje się przez selektywne, miejscowe usuwanie warstw podłoża papierowego w obszarze zdefiniowanym w oparciu o źródłowy kodowy plik graficzny opisujący nanoszone oznakowanie w postaci znaku wodnego, i w którym pocienienie podłoża papierowego uzyskiwane na skutek selektywnego, miejscowego usuwania warstw podłoża papierowego dla wytworzenia w etapie c) znaku wodnego jest mniejsze od grubości podłoża papierowego, korzystnie jest mniejsze niż połowa grubości podłoża papierowego oraz obszar, na którym jest naniesiony w etapie c) oznakowanie w postaci znaku wodnego nie różni się barwą od obszaru niepoddanego obróbce ultraszybkim laserem. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również zabezpieczone podłoże papierowe otrzymane takim sposobem.The subject of the present application is a method of producing a watermarked paper substrate, in particular a data carrier for documents with security elements, in particular valuable documents with security elements, the marking preferably comprising personal data and/or individualizing markings, which method comprises the following steps: a) designing a source image corresponding to the marking applied to the paper substrate in the form of a watermark, in which step, after developing, preferably by means of a computer configured for graphic image design, the graphic image to be ultimately applied to the paper substrate in in the form of a watermark, a set of input data defining the desired image is determined, and then, such determined input data is converted by means of a computer configured to perform such conversion into a graphic code file describing the applied mark being a record of the source image; b) providing a paper substrate; c) protecting the paper substrate from step b) by applying a mark in the form of a watermark to the substrate by irradiating the paper substrate with a computer-controlled ultra-fast laser whose beam modifies the paper substrate at least in a part of the area, preferably in the entire transparent area, the obtained mark the watermark is obtained by selectively locally removing the layers of the paper substrate in an area defined based on the source code graphic file describing the watermark applied, and wherein the thinning of the paper substrate obtained by selectively locally removing the layers of the paper substrate to be produced in step c) the watermark is less than the thickness of the paper substrate, preferably less than half the thickness of the paper substrate, and the area on which it is applied in step c) the watermark mark is not different in color from the area not treated with the ultrafast laser. The subject of the application is also a security paper substrate obtained by such a method.
