Abstract

Dysza czyszcząca do filtra samoczyszczącego z sitem filtracyjnym szczelinowym, o selektywności poniżej 90 µm, zawierająca korpus tworzący komorę ssącą oraz przyłącze przystosowane do połączenia z rurowym kolektorem filtra i ewentualnie skrobak lub szczotkę wspomagającą czyszczenie sita, charakteryzuje się tym, że korpus (1) dyszy czyszczącej, tworzący komorę ssącą (1.2) ze szczeliną ssącą (1.1), połączony jest elastycznie z przyłączem (2) w postaci rurowego łącznika (2.1), zakończonego kołnierzem montażowym (2.2), przy czym elastyczne połączenie z rurowym łącznikiem (2.1) ma postać sprężyny (4) osadzonej na łączniku rurowym (2.1) pomiędzy kołnierzem montażowym (2.2), a tuleją (5) osadzoną na tym samym łączniku montażowym (2.1) oraz poprzez zespół prowadnicy (6) połączony z jednej strony z korpusem (1) dyszy czyszczącej, zaś z drugiej strony zamocowany na kołnierzu montażowym (2.2), równolegle do osi rurowego łącznika (2.1), a ponadto w korpusie (1) dyszy czyszczącej, od strony szczeliny ssącej (1.1), zamocowane są trwale rolki dystansujące (1.3), wysunięte częściowo z korpusu (1) w kierunku powierzchni wewnętrznej sita filtracyjnego.
