Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest hybryda porfirynowo-cukrowa o wzorze ogólnym I zawierająca ugrupowanie porfirynowe i 2-etynyloglikalowe. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób syntezy hybrydy porfirynowo-cukrowej o wzorze ogólnym I obejmujący a) reakcję pochodnej 2-etynyloglikalowej z porfiryną w mieszaninie rozpuszczalnika organicznego i trietyloaminy, w obecności źródła jonów fluorkowych i katalizatora palladowego oraz ligandu fosfinowego z otrzymaniem związku o wzorze ogólnym II; b) reakcję związku o wzorze ogólnym II otrzymanego w etapie a) z węglanem metalu prowadzoną w mieszaninie rozpuszczalników z otrzymaniem hybrydy porfirynowo-cukrowej o wzorze ogólnym I.The subject of the application is a porphyrin-sugar hybrid of the general formula I comprising a porphyrin and a 2-ethynylglycal moiety. The application also relates to a method of synthesizing a porphyrin-sugar hybrid of general formula I comprising a) reacting a 2-ethynylglycal derivative with a porphyrin in a mixture of an organic solvent and triethylamine in the presence of a fluoride ion source and a palladium catalyst and a phosphine ligand to obtain a compound of general formula II; b) reacting the compound of general formula II obtained in step a) with a metal carbonate carried out in a mixture of solvents to obtain a porphyrin-sugar hybrid of general formula I.
