Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest jednokomorowy system wykonany z poliwęglanu, zawierający w swoim wnętrzu aktywator obdarzony powierzchniowym ładunkiem statycznym. System ten pozwala na selektywną aktywację frakcji osocza, dzięki czemu jest ono wzbogacone o czynniki wzrostu i białka w tym białko DKK-1, będące inhibitorem szlaku Wnt.The subject of the application is a single-chamber system made of polycarbonate, containing an activator endowed with a surface static charge. This system allows for the selective activation of the plasma fraction, thanks to which it is enriched with growth factors and proteins, including the DKK-1 protein, which is an inhibitor of the Wnt pathway.
