Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest połączenie hybrydowe wieloetapowe pierwszego elementu (1) z tworzywa polimerowego oraz drugiego elementu (2) metalowego albo kompozytowego z wykorzystaniem dwustronnej taśmy adhezyjnej (3) z otworami (3.1). Charakteryzuje się ono tym, że pierwszy element (1) posiada na swojej roboczej powierzchni okrągłe wypusty (1.1). Na roboczej powierzchni pierwszego elementu (1) naklejona jest pierwsza powierzchnia klejowa dwustronnej taśmy adhezyjnej (3) o grubości w zakresie od 0,09 mm do 1,6 mm, w której znajdują się co najmniej jeden pierwszy otwór (3.1) o wymiarach odpowiadających pierwszemu wypustowi (1.1) oraz co najmniej jeden drugi otwór (3.2), który posiada zarys składający się z dwóch półokręgów połączonych ze sobą za pomocą linii równoległych, stycznych do półokręgów. Tudzież promienie półokręgów w otworze (3.2) odpowiadają promieniowi znajdującego się w nim wypustu (1.1).The subject of the application is a multi-stage hybrid connection of the first element (1) made of polymeric material and the second element (2) of metal or composite material using double-sided adhesive tape (3) with holes (3.1). It is characterized by the fact that the first element (1) has round protrusions (1.1) on its working surface. On the working surface of the first element (1), the first adhesive surface of the double-sided adhesive tape (3) with a thickness ranging from 0.09 mm to 1.6 mm is glued, in which there are at least one first hole (3.1) with dimensions corresponding to the first a spline (1.1) and at least one second opening (3.2) which has an outline consisting of two semi-circles connected to each other by parallel lines tangent to the semi-circles. Also, the radii of the semicircles in the hole (3.2) correspond to the radius of the spline (1.1) in it.
