Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania wsporników do palet z surowca w postaci tworzyw sztucznych oraz odpadów komunalnych nie nadających się do ponownego wykorzystania RDF. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że cząstki rozdrobnionego surowca, korzystnie nie powinny być większe niż 3 mm<sup>2</sup>, następnie rozdrobniony surowiec poddaje procesowi suszenia w celu uzyskania końcowej wilgotności 3 do 2% wilgotności bezwzględnej po czym poddaje się procesowi zagęszczenia, następnie granulat RDF podgrzewa wstępnie do temperatury 100 do 110°C w ustalonej ilości wagowej i zasypuję się do form ogrzewanych do temperatury 180 do 190°C, następnie zaprasowuje się je do ustalonej wysokości w celu uzyskania gęstości końcowej wspornika wynoszącej do 850 kg/m<sup>3</sup>, po czym chłodzi do temperatury otoczenia i poddaje procesowi dojrzewania w temperaturze 24°C i 50% wilgotności bezwzględnej przez 10 do 12h.The subject of the application is a method of manufacturing supports for pallets from raw material in the form of plastics and non-recyclable municipal waste RDF. The method is characterized in that the particles of the crushed raw material, preferably, should not be larger than 3 mm <sup>2</sup>, then the crushed raw material is subjected to a drying process to obtain a final moisture content of 3 to 2% absolute humidity and then subjected to the densification process , then the RDF granulate is preheated to 100 to 110°C in a fixed amount by weight and poured into molds heated to 180 to 190°C, then pressed to a fixed height in order to obtain the final support density of up to 850 kg/m <sup>3</sup>, then cooled to ambient temperature and matured at 24°C and 50% absolute humidity for 10 to 12 hours.
