Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania paliwa z poflotacyjnych odpadów węglowych w mieszaninie z polimerem pochodzącym z recyklingu który charakteryzuje się tym, że sproszkowany poliamid suszy się w temperaturze od 50 do 95°C korzystnie w 80°C a następnie poliamid w ilości od 20% do 40% miesza z napełniaczem w postaci wysuszonego w czasie od 30 do 60 min w temperaturze od 150 do 250°C mułu węglowego w ilości od 60 do 80% korzystnie 70% a następnie przesiewa i frakcje do 200 µm miesza korzystnie w mieszarce bębnowej w temperaturze od 240°C do 280°C korzystnie 260°C i prasuje przy ciśnieniu od 35 MPa do 50 MPa korzystnie 42 MPa aż do momentu uplastycznienia, i tak powstałe wypraski rozdrabnia się do wielkości ziaren nie większych niż 3 mm.
