Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania epoksy(met)akrylanowego spoiwa lakierowego, który polega na bezrozpuszczalnikowej reakcji addycji kwasu (met)akrylowego do związków zawierających grupy epoksydowe w atmosferze gazu obojętnego, w podwyższonej temperaturze, w obecności katalizatora i inhibitora polimeryzacji kwasu (met)akrylowego. Istota wynalazku polega na tym, że jako związek zawierający grupy epoksydowe stosuje się eter diglicydylowy 1,4-cykloheksylodimetanolu, przy czym stosuje się stosunek molowy grup epoksydowych do grup karboksylowych 1 : 1. Reakcję addycji prowadzi się w temperaturze 70°C — 130°C i kończy się przy uzyskaniu liczby kwasowej poniżej 30 mg KOH/g, otrzymując cykloalifatyczną żywicę epoksy(met)akrylanową z co najmniej dwoma grupami funkcyjnymi, w tym co najmniej jedną epoksydową i co najmniej jedną akrylową. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także kompozycja powłokotwórcza na bazie epoksy(met)akrylanowego spoiwa, zawierająca fotoinicjator, która charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera epoksy(met)akrylanowe spoiwo lakierowe otrzymane według sposobu opisanego powyżej w ilości od 30 do 99,9% wagowych, fotoinicjator rodnikowy i/lub kationowy w ilości od 0,1 do 7% wagowych i fotoreaktywne dodatki w ilości od 0 do 70% wagowych, przy czym udział procentowy wszystkich składników kompozycji lakierowej wynosi 100%.The subject of the application is a method of producing an epoxy (meth)acrylate varnish binder, which consists in a solvent-free addition reaction of (meth)acrylic acid to compounds containing epoxy groups in an inert gas atmosphere, at elevated temperature, in the presence of a catalyst and an inhibitor of (meth)acrylic acid polymerization. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the diglycidyl ether of 1,4-cyclohexyldimethanol is used as a compound containing epoxy groups, with a molar ratio of epoxy groups to carboxyl groups of 1:1. The addition reaction is carried out at a temperature of 70°C - 130°C and terminated with an acid number below 30 mg KOH/g, yielding a cycloaliphatic epoxy(meth)acrylate resin with at least two functional groups including at least one epoxy and at least one acrylic. The subject of the application is also a film-forming composition based on an epoxy (meth)acrylate binder containing a photoinitiator, which is characterized in that it contains an epoxy (meth)acrylate varnish binder obtained according to the method described above in an amount of 30 to 99.9% by weight, a radical photoinitiator and/or cationic additives in the amount of 0.1 to 7% by weight and photoreactive additives in the amount of 0 to 70% by weight, the percentage of all components of the lacquer composition being 100%.
