Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania elementów betonowych z odpadów niebezpiecznych i odpadów innych niż niebezpieczne z wykorzystaniem na etapie produkcji elementów betonowych zestalacza do neutralizacji substancji niebezpiecznych zawartych w odpadach. Sposób obejmuje etapy: przygotowanie odpadów, mieszania odpadów połączonego z dodawaniem zestalacza do wiązania substancji niebezpiecznych zawartych w odpadach, którego podstawowymi składnikami są: tlenek wapnia (CaO), tritlenek diglinu (Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>), ditlenek krzemu (SiO<sub>2</sub>), dodawania hydraulicznego środka wiążącego do poprawy parametrów wytrzymałościowych uzyskanej zestalonej masy oraz formowanie produktów i elementów betonowych. Elementy betonowe wytworzone z odpadów po dodatkowym utwardzeniu ich powierzchni mogą być wykorzystywane zarówno w budownictwie przemysłowym w utwardzaniu powierzchni, budowie ogrodzeń oraz budowie innych budowli, jak i mogą być wykorzystywane w rekultywacji terenów zdegradowanych.
