Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest biokompozycja elastomerowa na bazie kauczuku naturalnego, zawierająca oprócz kauczuku, siarkowy zespół sieciujący zawierający na 100 części wagowych kauczuku 2 części wagowe merkaptobenzotiazolu, 2 części wagowe siarki, 5 części wagowych tlenku cynku i 1 część wagową stearyny, jako napełniacz zawiera popiół uzyskany z wypalenia słomy pszenicznej lub pędu skrzypu polnego uprzednio hydrolizowanych kwasowo wrzącym roztworem wodnym kwasu solnego lub cytrynowego, względnie popiół uzyskany z wypalenia słomy pszenicznej lub pędu skrzypu polnego, przy czym biokompozycja zawiera każdy z tych popiołów w ilości 5 części wagowych na 100 części wagowych kauczuku.The subject of the application is an elastomer biocomposition based on natural rubber, containing, in addition to rubber, a sulfur cross-linking unit containing, per 100 parts by weight of rubber, 2 parts by weight of mercaptobenzothiazole, 2 parts by weight of sulfur, 5 parts by weight of zinc oxide and 1 part by weight of stearin, as a filler it contains ash obtained from wheat straw or horsetail shoot previously hydrolyzed with a boiling water solution of hydrochloric or citric acid, or ash obtained from burning wheat straw or horsetail shoot, the biocomposition containing each of these ashes in the amount of 5 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of rubber.
