Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urządzenie do sterylizacji i uzdatniania powietrza wewnętrznego składające się z obudowy (1) z wlotem powietrza (1.1) w dolnej części obudowy (1) i wylotem powietrza (1.2) w górnej części obudowy (1), w której wewnętrzna powierzchnia pokryta jest warstwą fotokatalityczną, zaś nad wlotem powietrza (1.1) umieszczone są kolejno filtr wstępnego oczyszczania powietrza (2), wentylator osiowy (3) oraz zamocowany osiowo promiennik UV-C (4). Charakteryzuje się ono tym, że nad pierwszym wentylatorem osiowym (3) do wewnętrznej powierzchni obudowy (1) zamocowane są kierownice powietrza (5) oraz umieszczony jest klimakonwektor (6). Do końca dolnej części obudowy (1) zamocowany jest obrotowo pierwszą podstawą pierścień klimakonwektora z rozmieszczonymi na jego obwodzie zwężającymi się przelotowymi otworami, w których znajdują się ogniwa Peltiera. Do powierzchni ogniw Peltiera znajdujących się na zewnętrznej stronie pierścienia klimakonwektora zamocowane są pierwsze radiatory, którymi są zęby współpracujące z kołem zębatym osadzonym na wale silnika napędowego (6.5). Do powierzchni ogniw Peltiera znajdujących się na wewnętrznej stronie pierścienia klimakonwektora zamocowane są drugie radiatory w kształcie łopatek skierowanych do środka pierścienia klimakonwektora. Druga podstawa pierścienia klimakonwektora przylega do początku górnej części obudowy (1). Dolna części obudowy (1) i górna części obudowy (1) połączone są za pomocą łączników (1.3), korzystnie w kształcie ceownika, przymocowanych do zewnętrznych powierzchni dolnej części obudowy (1) i górnej części obudowy (1). Nad promiennikiem UV-C (4) znajduje się filtr powietrza z węglem aktywnym (7).The subject of the invention is a device for sterilization and treatment of internal air consisting of a housing (1) with an air inlet (1.1) in the lower part of the housing (1) and an air outlet (1.2) in the upper part of the housing (1), the inner surface of which is covered with a photocatalytic layer, and above the air inlet (1.1) there are successively the air pre-treatment filter (2), an axial fan (3) and an axially mounted UV-C radiator (4). It is characterized in that above the first axial fan (3), air deflectors (5) are attached to the inner surface of the casing (1) and a fan coil (6) is placed. A fan coil ring with tapered through holes arranged on its periphery, in which Peltier cells are located, is rotatably fastened to the end of the lower part of the housing (1). The first heat sinks, which are teeth cooperating with a toothed wheel mounted on the drive motor shaft (6.5), are attached to the surface of the Peltier cells on the outer side of the fan coil ring. Second heat sinks in the shape of blades directed towards the center of the fan coil ring are attached to the surface of the Peltier cells on the inside of the fan coil ring. The other base of the fan coil ring rests against the start of the upper housing (1). The lower housing portion (1) and the upper housing portion (1) are connected by means of connectors (1.3), preferably C-shaped, attached to the outer surfaces of the lower housing portion (1) and the upper housing portion (1). There is an active carbon air filter (7) above the UV-C lamp (4).
