Abstract

Zewnętrzna ciągła przegroda helikoidalna (8) utworzona jest z wielu głównych płaskich segmentów oraz wielu pośrednich płaskich segmentów. Wewnętrzna, nieciągła przegroda helikoidalna (23) utworzona jest z płaskich segmentów. Płaskie segmenty z pośrednimi płaskimi segmentami tworzą wspólne płaskie segmenty. Wymiennik ciepła rozwiązuje problem optymalnego ciągłego przepływu helikoidalnego charakteryzującego się wysoką wydajnością wymiany ciepła.Shell and tube heat exchanger with helicoidal baffles, in which the heat exchanger shell (1) has an internal continuous helicoidal baffle (8) to support the tubes (4) of the outer tube bundle (2) and an integrated internal discontinuous helicoidal baffle (23) to support the tubes (4) of the inner tube bundle (22). The outer continuous helicoidal partition (8) is formed of a plurality of main flat segments and a plurality of intermediate flat segments. The inner discontinuous helicoidal partition (23) is formed of flat segments. The flat segments with the intermediate flat segments form common flat segments. The heat exchanger solves the problem of optimal continuous helicoidal flow with high heat transfer efficiency.
