Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania opakowań celulozowych zabezpieczonych przed wyładowaniami elektrostatycznymi, polegający na naniesieniu na arkusz celulozowy (1) co najmniej jednej warstwy (2a, 2b) transparentnej powłoki polimerowej, która zawiera cząstki napełniacza i/lub polimery przewodzące prąd elektryczny, a następnie uformowanie z takiego materiału opakowania. Sposób ten charakteryzuje się tym, że arkusz celulozowy (1) kondycjonowany jest w warunkach powodujących, że jego chłonność cząsteczek H<sub>2</sub>O wynosi co najmniej X%, a następnie na stronę wewnętrzną (1a) i zewnętrzną (1b) arkusza celulozowego (1) nanosi się obustronnie warstwy (2a, 2b) transparentnej powłoki polimerowej. Po przeschnięciu warstwy (2b) powłoki polimerowej, od zewnętrznej strony (1b) arkusza celulozowego (1) nanosi się powłokę barwną (3), a na nią (3), po jej przeschnięciu, nanosi się kolejną warstwę (2c) transparentnej powłoki polimerowej.The subject of the invention is a method of producing cellulose packaging protected against electrostatic discharges, consisting in applying to a cellulose sheet (1) at least one layer (2a, 2b) of a transparent polymer coating containing filler particles and/or electrically conductive polymers, and then forming such packaging material. This method is characterized in that the cellulose sheet (1) is conditioned in conditions causing its absorbency of H<sub>2</sub>O particles to be at least X%, and then on the inside (1a) and outside (1b) ) of the cellulose sheet (1) layers (2a, 2b) of a transparent polymer coating are applied on both sides. After the layer (2b) of the polymer coating dries, a color coating (3) is applied from the outer side (1b) of the cellulose sheet (1), and another layer (2c) of a transparent polymer coating is applied on top of it (3), after it dries.
