Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania syropów akrylanowych, polegający na reakcji fotopolimeryzacji w masie mieszaniny zawierającej monomery (met)akrylanowe i styren w ilości od 0 do 40% wagowych w mieszaninie monomerów, przy czym fotopolimeryzację prowadzi się w obecności gazu obojętnego, charakteryzuje się tym, że w jednoetapowym sposobie stosuje się monomery akrylanowe zawierające od 1 do 9 atomów węgla w łańcuchu alkilowym w ilości 40 ÷ 85% wagowych, monomery metakrylanowe zawierające od 1 do 18 atomów węgla w łańcuchu alkilowym w ilości 12 ÷ 60% wagowych w obecności 0,1 ÷ 5 części wagowych fotoinicjatora rodnikowego na 100 części wagowych mieszaniny monomerów. Fotopolimeryzację w masie prowadzi się w temperaturze pokojowej i z wykorzystaniem naświetlania średniociśnieniową lampą rtęciową UV-A o długości fali 320 - 380 nm lub diodami LED 395 nm.
