Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest ekologiczny, biodegradowalny środek antyadhezyjny do uwalniania form z betonu stosowany do materiałów budowlanych takich jak architektoniczny beton, na białym cemencie i beton zwykły (szary) jako środek antyadhezyjny, który zawiera w proporcji 50 do 90% wagowych estrów metylowych pochodzących z mieszaniny olejów roślinnych i w proporcji wagowej 5 do 50% trioleinianu glicerylu oraz od 0 do 5% wody, przy czym gęstość środków adhezyjnych wynosi od 0,9 do 1,1 g/cm<sup>3</sup>, zaś lepkość dynamiczna η zawiera się w zakresie od 22 do 27 mm<sup>2</sup>/s, dla własności betonu przy minimalnym naprężeniu rozciągającym będącym w zakresie 50,36 do 51,54 kN/m<sup>2</sup> przy współczynniku absorbcji wody wynoszącej w zakresie od 0,98 do 1,12 kg/m<sup>2</sup> i  kącie zwilżania od 10° do 90°. Biodegradowalność środka antyadhezyjnego wynosi na poziomie do 85%.The subject of the application is an ecological, biodegradable concrete mold release agent used for building materials such as architectural concrete, on white cement and ordinary concrete (grey) as a release agent, which contains methyl esters in a proportion of 50 to 90% by weight derived from a mixture of oils vegetable and in a weight proportion of 5 to 50% of glyceryl trioleate and from 0 to 5% of water, with the density of the adhesive agents ranging from 0.9 to 1.1 g/cm<sup>3</sup>, and the dynamic viscosity η in the range of 22 to 27 mm<sup>2</sup>/s, for concrete properties with a minimum tensile stress in the range of 50.36 to 51.54 kN/m<sup>2</sup> with a water absorption coefficient ranging from 0.98 to 1.12 kg/m<sup>2</sup> and a contact angle from 10° to 90°. The biodegradability of the release agent is up to 85%.
