Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest niskoobrotowy wentylator osiowy do montażu w pozycji poziomej lub pionowej, w szczególności w obudowach komputerowych, składający się z ramy, silnika oraz wielu łopatek rozszerzających się od wirnika w kierunku ramy, przy czym rama zawiera część nośną oraz listwy połączone z częścią nośną i mocujące silnik oraz wiele łopatek wentylatora zamontowanych na wirniku silnika, charakteryzujący się tym, że każda z wielu łopatek (2) posiada jednolicie zakończoną krawędź grzbietu oraz zasadniczo ząbkowaną krawędź natarcia (4) wyposażoną w ząbki, przy czym odstępy pomiędzy ząbkami stanowią od 1/10 do 1/5 długości ząbkowanej krawędzi natarcia (4) łopatki (2).The present invention relates to a low speed axial fan for mounting in a horizontal or vertical position, in particular in computer housings, consisting of a frame, a motor and a plurality of blades extending from the rotor towards the frame, the frame comprising a support part and blades connected to the support part and a motor mounting and a plurality of fan blades mounted on the rotor of the engine, characterized in that each of the plurality of blades (2) has a uniformly tipped ridge edge and a substantially serrated leading edge (4) provided with serrations, the spacing between the teeth being from 1/10 to 1/5 of the length of the serrated leading edge (4) of the blade (2).
