Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac wspornika przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia wspornik dystansowy w widoku z boku, z wycinkowym przekro- jem osiowym kolowej tarczy oporowej, fig. 2 - tarcze oporowa ze sruba w widoku czolowym od strony sruby, a fig. 3 - wydluzony poprzecznie szczelinowy uchwyt z rurowym korpusem w widoku czolowym od strony ru- rowego korpusu. Wspornik zawiera wydluzony poprzecznie szczelinowy uchwyt li usytuowane wzdluz jednej, prostopadlej do niego osi: przylegly do szczeli- nowego uchwytu 1 rurowy korpus 2, na którego zewnetrznej walcowej po- wierzchni uksztaltowane jest na czesci wysokosci okólne odsadzenie 3 o przekroju szesciokatnym, umieszczona po przeciwnej stronie do szczelino- wego uchwytu i okragla tarczka oporowa 4 z przyleglym do niej szesciokat- nym wystepem 5 i znajdujaca sie pomiedzy rurowym korpusem 2 a szescio- katnym wystepem 5 sruba 6. Zewnetrzna powierzchnia okraglej tarczki opo- rowej 4 ma ksztalt gladkiego walca. Uksztaltowanie wspornika wedlug wzoru nadaje mu oryginalny, estetycz- ny wyglad, a dodatkowo jeszcze ulatwia utrzymywanie go w czystosci. PL PLSpacer Bracket The design registration right has been in effect since April 1999. The design is for a spacer bracket used to adjust the position of a central heating panel radiator near a wall. The essence of the design is the new form of the bracket, as manifested in its shape. The design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the spacer bracket in a side view, with a fragmentary axial section of the circular retaining disc; Fig. 2 shows the retaining disc with a screw in a frontal view from the screw side; and Fig. 3 shows a transversely elongated slotted holder with a tubular body in a frontal view from the tubular body side. The bracket comprises a transversely elongated slotted handle 1 and a tubular body 2 adjacent to the slotted handle 1, on the outer cylindrical surface of which a hexagonal circular shoulder 3 is formed along part of its height, located on the opposite side to the slotted handle, a circular retaining plate 4 with an adjacent hexagonal projection 5, and a screw 6 located between the tubular body 2 and the hexagonal projection 5. The outer surface of the circular retaining plate 4 has the shape of a smooth cylinder. The shape of the bracket according to the pattern gives it an original, aesthetic appearance and additionally facilitates keeping it clean.
