Opublikowano dnia 27 iutoao 1961 r POLSKIEJ RZECZYPOSPOLITEJ LUDOWEJ OPIS PATENTOWY ^,/fe Nr 43643 KI. 85 b, 2/01 Instytut Chemii Ogólnej *) Warszawa, Polska Sposób koagulacyjnego oczyszczania wód i scieków Patent trwa od dnia 22 czerwca 1959 r.Dotychczas do koagulacyjnego oczyszczania wody i scieków uzywano technicznego siarcza¬ nu glinu lub soli zelaza w polaczeniu z mlekiem wapiennym, przy czym siarczan glinu uzywany do tych celów jest produktem drogim.Uzywanie do koagulacji odpadkowych szlamów z produkcji siarczanu glinu, uzywany jako oso¬ bny koagulant, badz w kompozycji z siarcza¬ nem (nawet bez oddzielenia w procesie produk¬ cyjnym), uwalnia fabryke siarczanu glinu od koniecznosci tworzenia zwalu szlamów (teren, robocizna, sprzet) i pozwala na wykorzystanie substancji odpadkowej, co obniza koszt procesu koagulacyjnego oczyszczania w zakladach oczy¬ szczajacych wode lub scieki. Szlam odpadkowy z produkcji siarczanu glinu jest wielokrotnie od niego tanszy.
