Abstract
The subject of the invention is a method for determining quinine, either directly in liquid samples or after dissolving a solid sample in a suitable solvent, at polarized liquid-liquid interfaces. The method of determining quinine at polarized liquid boundaries according to the invention is characterized by the fact that it allows for quick determination of quinine using an electrochemical set consisting of a vessel filled with an aqueous phase (1), an organic phase carrier (5), a set of electrodes (3, 4, 6). ) and potentiostat (8).
