Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja mieszanek suplementacyjnych w procesie fermentacji metanowej na bazie wody w postaci emulsji o właściwościach poprawiających proces fermentacji metanowej, charakteryzująca się tym, że do jednego litra mieszanki suplementacyjnej wprowadza od 65 ÷ 90 części masowych wody, 0,0010 ÷ 0,0050 części masowych selenianu(IV) sodu, 0,0060 ÷ 0,0200 części masowych molibdenianu(VI) amonu 0,0400 ÷ 0,0850 części masowych chlorku niklu(II), 0,0060 ÷ 0,0200 części masowych chlorku kobaltu(II), 0,0003 ÷ 0,0050 części masowych manganianu(VII) potasu, 0,0040 ÷ 0,0200 części masowych chlorku magnezu, 0,0002 ÷ 0,0050 części masowych chlorku miedzi, od 4 do 15 części kwasu etylenodiaminotetraoctowego i od 5 do 40 części masowych oleju rzepakowego oraz od 0,01 do 5 części masowych emulgatora/stabilizatora.The subject of the application is the composition of supplementation mixtures in the methane fermentation process based on water in the form of an emulsion with properties improving the methane fermentation process, characterized by the fact that one liter of supplementation mixture introduces 65 ÷ 90 parts by mass of water, 0.0010 ÷ 0.0050 parts mass of sodium selenate (IV), 0.0060 ÷ 0.0200 parts by mass of ammonium molybdate (VI) 0.0400 ÷ 0.0850 parts by mass of nickel (II) chloride, 0.0060 ÷ 0.0200 parts by mass of cobalt (II) chloride , 0.0003 ÷ 0.0050 parts by mass of potassium (VII) manganate, 0.0040 ÷ 0.0200 parts by mass of magnesium chloride, 0.0002 ÷ 0.0050 parts by mass of copper chloride, from 4 to 15 parts of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid and from 5 up to 40 parts by mass of rapeseed oil and from 0.01 to 5 parts by mass of emulsifier / stabilizer.
