Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nawilzacz ziemi roslin, zwlaszcza doniczkowych, przeznaczony do osadzania w ziemi znajdujacej sie w doniczce lub w pojemniku, w której sa posadzone rosliny. Nawilzacz oprócz funkcji uzytkowej moze tez pelnic role elementu dekoracyjnego wystroju wnetrz o charakterze mieszkalnym, biurowym lub innym. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac nawilzacza ziemikwiatów doniczkowych, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz elementach zdobienia. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1 - przedstawiajacym nawilzacz w widoku ogólnym. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany takze na fotografiach, gdzie fig.2 - prezentuje nawilzacz w widoku perspektywicznym, zas fig. 3 - przedstawia nawilzacz umieszczony w doniczce. Nawilzacz ziemi kwiatów doniczkowych, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, jest wykonany ze szkla przezroczystego lub barwionego. Nawilzacz moze byc jednokolorowy lub wielokolorowy. Barwienie powierzchni nawilzacza wielokolorowego przypomina w swej formie nieregularne smugi i plamy o fantazyjnych, róznorodnie ukladajacych sie i dowolnie dobranych kolorach oraz ksztaltach. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawionego na rysunku, fig.l i fotografii, fig.2 i 3 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze nawilzacz jest uksztaltowany w formie kulistej banki, zbieznej w kierunku odnogi. Odnoga ma forme rurki szerszej u ujscia banki i zwezajacej sie ku dolowi, przy czym w dolnym odcinku rurka ma ta sama srednice. Nawilzacz, wedlug rozwiazania uzytkowuje sie w ten sposób, ze napelnia sie go woda a nastepnie odwraca sie o 180 stopni i umieszcza w uprzednio wykonanym otworze w ziemi, znajdujacej sie w doniczce. The subject of the industrial design is a humidifier for soil plants, especially potted plants, intended for placement in soil contained in a pot or container containing plants. In addition to its utilitarian function, the humidifier can also serve as a decorative element in residential, office, or other interiors. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the product, suitable for repeated reproduction. The new form of the humidifier for soil plants, according to the solution, manifests itself in its shape and decorative elements. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, which shows the humidifier from a general view. The design subject is also illustrated in photographs, where Fig. 2 presents the humidifier in a perspective view, and Fig. 3 shows the humidifier placed in a flowerpot. The humidifier for potted plants, according to the industrial design, is made of transparent or colored glass. The humidifier can be single-colored or multi-colored. The surface color of the multi-color humidifier resembles irregular streaks and spots in fanciful, variously arranged, and freely selected colors and shapes. Among the essential features of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 and photographs, Figs. 2 and 3, is that the humidifier is shaped like a spherical tube, converging toward the branch. The branch is a tube, wider at the mouth of the tube and tapering downward, with the tube having the same diameter in the lower section. The humidifier, according to the solution, is used by filling it with water, then turning it 180 degrees and placing it in a previously made hole in the soil in the pot. The water, flowing down by gravity, systematically moistens the soil until it is empty. After the water is depleted, the humidifier should be refilled with water.
