Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest dozownik rewolwerowy oraz sposób dozowania materiału. W skład dozownika wchodzi obudowa (1) z lejem zasypowym (1.1), wewnątrz której znajduje się ślimak podający (2) podłączony do układu napędowego (3), natomiast na obudowie (1) znajduje się wibrator (4). Na końcu obudowy (1) w osi pionowej znajdują się dwa przelotowe otwory (1.2). Pod końcową częścią obudowy (1) znajduje się bęben (5) z rozmieszczonymi na jego obwodzie komorami przelotowymi (5.1), który połączony jest z mechanizmem obracającym (6) go o zadany kąt. Poniżej bębna (5) znajduje się układ uplastyczniający (7). Z kolei nad bębnem (5) znajduje się zespół zamocowanych na tarczy (8) siłowników (9). Tarcza (8) połączona jest z mechanizmem obracającym (10) ją o zadany kąt. Każdy z siłowników (9) znajdujących się na tarczy (8) jest ułożony współosiowo z pozycją jednej komory przelotowej (5.1) bębna (5).
