Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania komponentów kompozytowych polegający na układaniu wielu zestawów taśm jednokierunkowych w technologii automatycznego układania taśm lub włókien. Istota sposobu polega na tym, że warstwy jednokierunkowe o tej samej orientacji taśm lub włókien układa się z przesunięciem bocznym między tymi warstwami jednokierunkowymi tak, że poszczególne taśmy lub włókna co najmniej dwóch warstw jednokierunkowych o tej samej orientacji przesunięte są względem siebie o wartość określoną przez odcinek przebiegający w kierunku prostopadłym do kierunku układania taśm lub włókien i równolegle do płaszczyzny symetrii (P), przy czym wartość jest inna niż wielokrotność szerokości pojedynczej taśmy lub włókna.The subject of the invention is a method of producing composite components consisting in laying multiple sets of unidirectional tapes in the technology of automatic laying of tapes or fibers. The essence of the method consists in the fact that the unidirectional layers of the same orientation of the tapes or fibers are arranged with a lateral shift between these unidirectional layers so that the individual tapes or fibers of at least two unidirectional layers of the same orientation are shifted relative to each other by a value determined by the distance extending in a direction perpendicular to the direction of laying the tapes or fibers and parallel to the plane of symmetry (P), the value being different from a multiple of the width of a single tape or fiber.
