Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu naprawy uszkodzenia elementu z kompozytu termoplastycznego, a zwłaszcza elementu statku powietrznego, w którym w miejscu uszkodzenia elementu z kompozytu termoplastycznego (10) frezuje się gniazdo (14). Następnie w gnieździe (14) formuje się łatę z materiału termoutwardzalnego, zawierającego fazę zbrojącą z warstw tkaniny i osnowę z żywicy termoutwardzalnej, przy czym kształt i wielkość łaty odpowiada geometrii gniazda (14). W kolejnym etapie utwardza się łatę, a na koniec utwardzoną łatę (13) wkleja się w gniazdo (14) za pomocą środka adhezyjnego (9).
