Abstract
Zespół urządzeń do separacji dwutlenku węgla z gazów odpadowych, w szczególności z biogazu, wyposażony w sprężarkę (1), wstępny wymiennik (2) ciepła, rurociąg z trójdrożnym zaworem (3) doprowadzający gaz przemiennie do kriogenicznych wymienników (6, 17), oraz instalację odprowadzającą uzyskany ciekły dwutlenek węgla w postaci rurociągu (10) i równoległego rurociągu (9) odprowadzającego ciekły biometan, znamienny tym, że działające przemiennie co najmniej dwa równoległe kriogeniczne wymienniki (6, 17) zaopatrzone są każdy w co najmniej jeden wymiennik (5, 16) instalacji termosyfonowej oraz w co najmniej jeden parownik (7, 18) autokaskadowego układu obiegu czynnika chłodniczego, przy czym rzeczone wymienniki instalacji termosyfonowej (5, 16) w układzie zamkniętym połączone są szeregowo z wymiennikiem (12) instalacji termosyfonowej znajdującym się we wstępnym wymienniku ciepła (2), natomiast autokaskadowy układ obiegu czynnika chłodniczego zasilany jest sprężarką (24) połączoną po stronie tłocznej ze skraplaczem (25) zasilanym chłodniczym układem absorpcyjnym (29) oraz separatorem fazy (26), którego króciec parowy połączony jest poprzez wymiennik regeneracyjny (23) z zaworem rozprężnym (28) i zaworem trójdrogowym (30) z parownikami (7, 18) autokaskadowego układu obiegu czynnika chłodniczego, zaś króciec cieczowy połączony jest poprzez zawór rozprężny (27) z wymiennikiem regeneracyjnym (23) i zaworem trójdrogowym (22) z parownikami (7, 18) autokaskadowego układu obiegu czynnika chłodniczego. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest ponadto, sposób separacji dwutlenku węgla z gazów odpadowych, w szczególności z biogazu.A set of devices for the separation of carbon dioxide from waste gases, in particular from biogas, equipped with a compressor (1), a preliminary heat exchanger (2), a pipeline with a three-way valve (3) supplying gas alternately to cryogenic exchangers (6, 17), and an installation discharging the obtained liquid carbon dioxide in the form of a pipeline (10) and a parallel pipeline (9) discharging liquid biomethane, characterized in that at least two parallel cryogenic exchangers (6, 17) operating alternately are provided with at least one exchanger (5, 16) ) of the thermosiphon installation and at least one evaporator (7, 18) of the auto-cascade system of refrigerant circulation, whereby said exchangers of the thermosiphon installation (5, 16) in a closed system are connected in series with the exchanger (12) of the thermosiphon installation located in the preliminary heat exchanger (2), while the auto-cascade refrigerant circuit is fed by a compressor (24) connected on the side discharge with a condenser (25) powered by a refrigerant absorption system (29) and a phase separator (26), the steam connector of which is connected through a regenerative exchanger (23) with an expansion valve (28) and a three-way valve (30) with evaporators (7, 18) auto-cascade refrigerant cycle system, and the liquid connector is connected through the expansion valve (27) with the regenerative exchanger (23) and the three-way valve (22) with the evaporators (7, 18) of the auto-cascade refrigerant cycle system. The subject of the application is also a method of separating carbon dioxide from waste gases, in particular from biogas.
