Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest termoizolacyjna płyta posiadająca dodatkowo wysoką dźwiękochłonność wykonana z wodnej zawiesiny włókien celulozowych oraz ekspandowanego perlitu. Płyty formuje się wylewając zawiesinę wodną obu składników do formy, odciskając nadmiar wody a następnie usuwając pozostałą wilgoć na drodze suszenia w podwyższonej temperaturze. Uzyskane płyty mają współczynnik przewodzenia ciepła na poziomie poniższej 0,05 W/m/K ich gęstość waha się w przedziale 140 - 210 kg/m3.The subject of the application is a heat-insulating board with additional high sound absorption, made of a water suspension of cellulose fibers and expanded perlite. The boards are formed by pouring the aqueous suspension of both components into the mold, squeezing out excess water and then removing the remaining moisture by drying at an elevated temperature. The obtained boards have a thermal conductivity coefficient below 0.05 W / m / K and their density ranges from 140 to 210 kg / m3.
