Abstract
Magazyn energii elektrycznej (2) zasila się z zasilacza niszczarki (1) w sposób impulsowy impulsami ładowania o czasie trwania krótszym niż 40 ms i amplitudzie większej niż 4 kV. Impulsy niszczenia mają czas narastania i czas opadania mniejszy niż 20 mikrosekund. The method of destroying small electronic devices is to supply electricity to the device. It is characterized by the fact that in the electrical energy store (2), the electrical energy from the shredder's power supply (1) is accumulated in a pulse, up to a value of not less than 100 J, and after placing the destroyed device (NU) in the electromagnetic field of the generator of destructive electromagnetic pulses (4 ) is initiated by the device triggering the destruction process (3), the spark at a voltage of not less than 4.3 kV. The spark causes the flow of current destruction pulses with a intensity greater than 100 A and a duration of not more than 1 ms. After charging, the spark is automatically initiated to initiate the destruction process. The electricity storage (2) is supplied from the shredder's power supply (1) in a pulsed manner with charging pulses of duration shorter than 40 ms and amplitude greater than 4 kV. Destruction pulses have a rise time and a fall time of less than 20 microseconds. During the destruction process, the destroyed device is powered by its rated voltage. The shredder system for small electronic devices, especially permanent memories, has a shredder power supply (1) connected in parallel to the electric energy storage branch (2) and a branch consisting of a series-connected generator of destructive electromagnetic pulses (4) and an element that triggers the destruction process (3). The elements of the system are connected with a control device and / or a microprocessor (6). The electricity store (2) is a capacitor capable of storing energy with a value of at least 100 J, supplied from the shredder's power supply (1) with pulses with a charging pulse duration of less than 40 milliseconds and an amplitude of more than 4 kV. The generator of destructive electromagnetic pulses (4) is an induction coil with the number of turns less than 15, preferably with a ferromagnetic core (5). The element that triggers the destruction process (3) is the magneto.
