Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania mieszanki mineralno-asfaltowej z zastosowaniem związku organicznego, pozwalający na zastąpienie części kruszywa i asfaltu granulatem asfaltowym, który jest materiałem pochodzącym z recyklingu zdegradowanych nawierzchni drogowych. Sposób wytwarzania mieszanki mineralno-asfaltowej z zastosowaniem związku organicznego, w którym mieszanka zawiera kruszywo drobne, kruszywo grube, wypełniacz, granulat asfaltowy oraz asfalt, polega na tym, że miesza się związek organiczny - chitozan wraz z czynnikiem sieciującym w postaci wodnego roztworu epichlorohydryny o stężeniu 99% w proporcjach wagowych 1: 1 do uzyskania homogenicznej mieszaniny. Następnie powstałą mieszaninę dodaje się do rozgrzanego asfaltu w ilości od 2 do 10% wagowo masy asfaltu i miesza się do uzyskania jednolitej mieszaniny. Oddzielnie miesza się rozgrzane kruszywo drobne i kruszywo grube z granulatem asfaltowym i wypełniaczem wapiennym. W dalszej kolejności dodaje się do mieszanki mineralnej powstałą mieszaninę asfaltową i miesza się do momentu całkowitego otoczenia kruszyw. Po czym mieszankę mineralno-asfaltową zagęszcza się.The subject of the invention is a process for the production of asphalt mix with the use of an organic compound, which allows the replacement of a part of aggregate and asphalt with asphalt granulate, which is a material derived from the recycling of degraded road surfaces. The method of producing asphalt mix with the use of an organic compound, in which the mix contains fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, filler, asphalt granulate and asphalt, consists in mixing the organic compound - chitosan with the cross-linking agent in the form of an aqueous solution of epichlorohydrin with a concentration of 99% in the proportion by weight 1: 1 to obtain a homogeneous mixture. The resulting mixture is then added to the heated asphalt in an amount of 2 to 10% by weight of the asphalt weight and mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The heated fine aggregate and coarse aggregate are mixed separately with asphalt granulate and limestone filler. Subsequently, the resulting asphalt mixture is added to the mineral mix and mixed until the aggregates are completely surrounded. The asphalt mix is then compacted.
