Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do zamknięcia około zawałowej perforacji przegrody międzykomorowej serca (3) posiadające rusztowanie w formie ażurowej konstrukcji nośnej urządzenia do zamknięcia około zawałowej perforacji przegrody międzykomorowej serca wykonane z materiałów biokompatybilnych, hemokompatybilnych i nietoksycznych odzwierciedla kształt i wielkość wnętrza lewej komory serca z uwzględnieniem mięśni brodawkowatych i zastawek. Na jego rusztowaniu w formie ażurowej konstrukcji nośnej zainstalowany jest opatrunek uszczelniający, przykrywający ze znacznym zapasem ubytek tkanki przegrody międzykomorowej serca i zapobiegający tym samym przedostawaniu się krwi z komory lewej do prawej.The subject of the application is a device for closing the peri-infarct perforation of the interventricular septum (3) having a scaffold in the form of an openwork supporting structure of the device for closing the peri-infarct perforation of the interventricular septum, made of biocompatible, hemocompatible and non-toxic materials, reflecting the shape and size of the inside of the left ventricle, taking into account the muscles papillary and valve. On its scaffold in the form of an openwork supporting structure, a sealing dressing is installed, which covers the loss of tissue in the interventricular septum with a considerable margin and thus prevents blood from flowing from the left to the right ventricle.
