Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wykonywania półfabrykatów stolarki otworowej, w tym ram: okiennych, skrzydeł drzwi, skrzydeł okien i ościeżnic oraz zespół konstrukcyjny ościeżnicy i skrzydła drzwi wykonany z tych półfabrykatów. The semi-finished products are made of multilayer materials, and each layer is made of homogeneous fibreboards with increased density of wood fibers, which are glued together under the pressure of a press. Then, from the multilayer material, blanks of appropriate shapes are cut by machining, for the production of frame elements and cover sections. The structure of the door leaf frame (1) made of semi-finished products is based on a uniform door leaf (8), made of structural glass, surrounded with a frame consisting of vertical stiles: lock (3a) and hinge (3b), and horizontal stiles (5). The structure of the frame (2) made of semi-finished products consists of vertical stiles: lock and hinge, and the upper horizontal sill. The frame (1) of the door leaf is torsionally suspended in the frame of the frame (2) on internal or external hinges. The frame and door leaf construction unit is equipped with a magnetic lock with a handle or a latch lock with a handle.
