Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zastosowanie wiązki elektronów w celu dezintegracji osadów ściekowych powodujące możliwość skrócenia czasu procesu fermentacji metanowej lub też zmniejszenia objętości bioreaktora. Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu przetwarzania osadów ściekowych w biogaz w procesie fermentacji metanowej, w którym osady ściekowe przed fermentacją metanową poddaje się napromieniowaniu wiązką przyspieszonych elektronów z akceleratora dawką od 1 kGy do 10 kGy.The subject of the invention is the use of an electron beam in order to disintegrate sewage sludge, resulting in the possibility of shortening the time of the methane fermentation process or reducing the volume of the bioreactor. The invention relates to a method of converting sewage sludge into biogas in the methane fermentation process, in which the sewage sludge, prior to methane fermentation, is irradiated with an accelerated electron beam from an accelerator with a dose ranging from 1 kGy to 10 kGy.
