Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób oceny jednorodności tworzyw sztucznych, polegający na tym, że do kompozycji tworzywa sztucznego, korzystnie tworzywa termoplastycznego zwłaszcza polietylenu lub polipropylenu, na etapie tworzenia granulatu, poza ewentualnymi standardowymi składnikami kompozytu, wprowadza się pigment fluorescencyjny, miesza się, formuje granulat, a następnie granulat formuje się w gotowy element materiału budowlanego, po czym, przy pomocy znanego fluorymetru, dokonuje się pomiaru natężenia fluorescencji poszczególnych fragmentów powierzchni elementu z tworzywa sztucznego i wnioskuje o jednorodności materiału na podstawie różnic w wynikach pomiarów natężenia fluorescencji.
