Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest wszczepialne urządzenie do wspomagania pracy lewej komory serca składające się z zespołu balonów, układu zasilającego ssąco-tłoczącego i układu sterującego charakteryzujące się tym, że zespół balonów stanowi rozszerzalną komorę roboczą podzieloną na balon zastawkowy (1) i balon komorowy (2) poprzez przewężenie znajdujące się w dolnej części balonu zastawkowego (1), przy czym wewnątrz komory roboczej umiejscowiono przewód (5) zasilający balon zastawkowy (1) i przewód (6) zasilający balon komorowy (2), przy czym układ zasilający ssąco-tłoczący połączony jest z układem sterującym w taki sposób, że powoduje rozszerzanie się i kurczenie się wspomnianej komory w rytmie z normalnym funkcjonowaniem lewej komory serca tak, że w fazie skurczu następuje inflacja gazem balonów zastawkowego (1) i komorowego (2), zwiększając w ten sposób objętość wyrzutową serca, zaś w fazie rozkurczu następuje deflacja balonów zastawkowego (1) i komorowego (2).The subject of the invention is an implantable device for supporting the work of the left ventricle, consisting of a set of balloons, a suction and delivery system and a control system, characterized in that the set of balloons is an expandable working chamber divided into a valvular balloon (1) and a ventricular balloon (2) by a restriction in the lower part of the valvular balloon (1), with a conduit (5) supplying the valve balloon (1) and a conduit (6) supplying the ventricular balloon (2) inside the working chamber, while the suction-forcing system is connected to control system in such a way that it causes the expansion and contraction of said ventricle in rhythm with the normal functioning of the left ventricle of the heart, so that in the systolic phase gas inflation of the valvular (1) and ventricular (2) balloons occurs, thus increasing the stroke volume of the heart and in the diastolic phase, the valvular (1) and ventricular (2) balloons deflate.
