Istota wzoru jest nowa postac gabek przejawiajaca sie w nowym, niekonwencjonalnym ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i formie estetycznej. Kazda gabka sklada sie z dwóch warstw róznobarwnych materialów. Warstwy maja w przekroju rózna szerokosc- jeden z materialów stanowi cienka warstwe a drugi szeroka. Warstwy gabki w zaleznosci od przeznaczenia wykonywane sa z takiego rodzaju samego materialu lub z dwóch róznych materialów, których struktury róznia sie stopniem szorstkosci. Odmiany przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego uwidocznione sa na zalaczonych rysunkach (fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig 4) Dodatkowo kazda odmiane gabki ilustruja fotografie w róznych rzutach (fig. 5-18). Pierwsza odmiana gabki, jak to uwidaczniaja fig. 1, fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7 oraz fig 8 ma wydluzony, owalny, zblizony do jaj a ksztalt. Druga, trzecia i czwarta odmiana gabek ma fantazyjny ksztalt strzalek.Druga odmiana gabki ma wyglad strzalki, tak jak uwidacznia to fig. 2, fig. 9, fig. 10, fig. 11. Przód strzalki zwienczony jest trójkatem. W tylnej czesci strzalki znajduje sie trójkatne wciecie o ksztalcie odpowiadajacym trójkatowi z przodu strzalki. Na obu dluzszych bokach znajduja sie pólokragle wciecia. Trzecia odmiana gabki ma wyglad smuklej, wydluzonej strzalki, tak jak ilustruja to fig. 3, fig. 12, fig. 13, fig. 14. Przód strzalki zakonczony jest ostrokatnym trójkatem. W tylnej czesci strzalki znajduje sie glebokie, trójkatne wciecie o ksztalcie odpowiadajacym trójkatowi z przodu strzalki. Na obu dluzszych bokach znajduja sie glebokie, owalne wciecia. Czwarta odmiana gabki ma wyglad szerokiej strzalki, tak jak ilustruja to fig. 4, fig. 15, fig. 16, fig. 17, fig. 18. Dlugosc i szerokosc gabki maja zblizone wymiary. Przód strzalki zakonczony jest trójkatem, którego wierzcholek stanowi kat rozwarty. W tylnej czesci strzalki znajduje sie trójkatne wciecie o ksztalcie odpowiadajacym trójkatowi z przodu strzalki. Priority: April 4, 2002, Germany - for varieties 1, 2. The industrial design is a set of four sponges. The essence of the design is a new form of sponges manifested in a new, unconventional shape, line arrangement, and aesthetic form. Each sponge consists of two layers of multicolored materials. The layers have different cross-sectional widths - one material is thin, the other wide. Depending on the intended use, the sponge layers are made of the same type of material or of two different materials whose structures differ in the degree of roughness. Variations of the industrial design are shown in the attached drawings (Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4). Additionally, each sponge variety is illustrated with photographs from various views (Figs. 5-18). The first sponge variety, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, and Fig. 8, has an elongated, oval, egg-like shape. The second, third, and fourth sponge varieties have a fanciful arrow shape. The second sponge variety has the appearance of an arrow, as shown in Fig. 2, Fig. 9, Fig. 10, Fig. 11. The front of the arrow is topped with a triangle. The rear of the arrow has a triangular indentation, the shape of which corresponds to the triangle at the front of the arrow. There are semicircular indentations on both long sides. The third variety of sponge has the appearance of a slender, elongated arrow, as illustrated in Fig. 3, Fig. 12, Fig. 13, Fig. 14. The front of the arrow terminates in a sharp-angled triangle. The rear of the arrow has a deep, triangular indentation, the shape of which corresponds to the triangle on the front of the arrow. There are deep, oval indentations on both long sides. The fourth variety of sponge has the appearance of a wide arrow, as illustrated in Fig. 4, Fig. 15, Fig. 16, Fig. 17, Fig. 18. The length and width of the sponge are similar. The front of the arrow terminates in a triangle, the vertex of which is an obtuse angle. The rear of the arrow has a triangular notch, the shape of which corresponds to the triangle on the front of the arrow.
