Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy materiału opakowaniowego o własnościach przeciwdrobnoustrojowych w postaci kompozytu warstwowego. Materiał opakowaniowy posiada warstwę nośnikową z powierzchnią zewnętrzną oraz powierzchnią wewnętrzną przeznaczoną do kontaktu z zawartością opakowania. Na co najmniej części powierzchni wewnętrznej warstwy nośnikowej znajduje się powłoka nanokompozytowa, zawierająca nanocząstki żelaza zerowartościowego zdyspergowane w matrycy polimerowej. Wynalazek dotyczy ponadto sposobu otrzymywania materiału opakowaniowego oraz zastosowania nanokompozytu zawierającego nanocząstki żelaza zerowartościowego zdyspergowane w matrycy polimerowej do wytwarzania powłoki o właściwościach przeciwdrobnoustrojowych na powierzchni wewnętrznej warstwy nośnikowej materiału opakowaniowego.The invention relates to a packaging material with antimicrobial properties in the form of a layered composite. The packaging material has a backing layer with an outer surface and an inner surface for contact with the contents of the packaging. At least a portion of the inner surface of the support layer is provided with a nanocomposite coating comprising nano-particles of zero valent iron dispersed in a polymer matrix. The invention further relates to a method of preparing a packaging material and to the use of a nanocomposite containing zero valent iron nanoparticles dispersed in a polymer matrix for the production of a coating with antimicrobial properties on the surface of the inner support layer of the packaging material.
