Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania opakowania biodegradowalnego, którego osnową jest wielowarstwowa tektura powlekana, charakteryzuje się tym, że na powierzchni tektury odbija się za pomocą matrycy uprzednio zaprojektowany wzór graficzny lub typograficzny, po czym obszar tektury z wzorem graficznym lub typograficznym pokrywa się warstwą kleju, korzystnie dwuskładnikowego z rozpuszczalnikami biodegradowalnymi i do powierzchni pokrytej klejem przykłada się naniesione na biodegradowalną folię cząstki tlenków metali, a po przywarciu cząstek metalicznych do warstwy kleju folię usuwa się, po czym całą powierzchnię opakowania zabezpiecza się przed czynnikami zewnętrznymi pokrywając biodegradowalnym lakierem dyspersyjnym, neutralnym sensorycznie i odpornym na ścieranie, przy czym proces nanoszenia lakieru odbywa się w temperaturze od 40 do 50°C.
