Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy panelu akustycznego do zastosowania w systemach izolacji dźwiękowej ścian we wnętrzach budynków, przy czym panel ma postać skrzynkowej prostopadłościennej ramy (1) posiadającej dwa krótsze boki (1') wyznaczające szerokość panelu i dwa dłuższe boki (1") wyznaczające długość panelu, a we wnętrzu ramy (1) znajduje się wypełnienie w postaci warstwy wełny mineralnej (4). W panelu akustycznym według wynalazku z jednej strony przestrzeń pomiędzy bokami (1', 1") ramy (1) wypełniona jest płytą kartonowo - gipsową (2), do której od strony wnętrza ramy (1) za pomocą kleju (3) przytwierdzona jest warstwa wełny mineralnej (4), zaś od drugiej strony przestrzeń między bokami (1', 1") ramy (1) przykryta jest folią zabezpieczającą (6), przy czym pomiędzy folią zabezpieczającą (6) i warstwą wełny mineralnej (4) znajduje się pustka powietrzna (5) o grubości stanowiącej ułamek grubości boków (1',1") ramy (1).The application concerns an acoustic panel for use in wall sound insulation systems inside buildings, the panel being a box-shaped rectangular frame (1) having two shorter sides (1 ') defining the width of the panel and two longer sides (1 ") defining the length of the panel, and inside the frame (1) there is a filling in the form of a layer of mineral wool (4). In the acoustic panel according to the invention, on one side, the space between the sides (1 ', 1 ") of the frame (1) is filled with drywall (2), to which from the inside of the frame (1) the layer of mineral wool (4) is attached with the help of glue (3), and on the other side the space between the sides (1 ', 1 ") of the frame (1) is covered with a protective foil (6), there is an air gap (5) between the securing film (6) and the mineral wool layer (4) which is a fraction of the thickness of the sides (1 ', 1 ") of the frame (1).
