Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest roztwór buforowy zawierający: bufor, heksacyjanożelazian(II) potasu, heksacyjanożelazian(III) potasu i środek regulujący pH, charakteryzujący tym że zawiera surfaktant. Kolejnym przedmiotem wynalazku jest zastosowanie roztworu buforowego według wynalazku w elektrochemicznej spektroskopii impedancyjnej do wykrywania w jednej próbce jednego lub więcej patogennych bakterii i wirusów.The invention relates to a buffer solution comprising: a buffer, potassium hexacyanoferrate (II), potassium hexacyanoferrate (III) and a pH adjusting agent, characterized by containing a surfactant. Another object of the invention is the use of the buffer solution according to the invention in electrochemical impedance spectroscopy for the detection of one or more pathogenic bacteria and viruses in a single sample.
