Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dachówka. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac dachówki, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, nadajacym wzorowi nowy i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 jest widokiem dachówki z góry, fig. 2 jej widokiem ze spodu, a fig. 3 jest widokiem dachówki z jej boku, natomiast fig.4 prezentuje widok dachówki z drugiego boku. Powierzchnie górna i dolna dachówki sa wycinkami powierzchni torusa. W widoku z góry powierzchnia dachówki ma obrys prostokata W widoku z dolu powierzchnia dachówki ma równiez ksztalt prostokata, przy czym przy jednym z jej boków krótkich na powierzchni tej widoczne sa prostokatne obrysy krawedzi garbów. W widokach z boków krawedzie powierzchni dachówki odwzorowuja pary luków, przy czym z jej powierzchni dolnej wychodza krawedzie dwóch garbów o obrysach majacych formy prostokatów. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the roof tile, manifested in its shape, giving the design a new and original appearance. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 is a top view of the roof tile, Fig. 2 is a bottom view, Fig. 3 is a side view of the roof tile, and Fig. 4 shows a side view of the roof tile. The top and bottom surfaces of the roof tile are segments of the surface of a torus. In the top view, the roof tile's surface has a rectangular outline. In the bottom view, the roof tile's surface is also rectangular, with rectangular outlines of the hump edges visible on one of its short sides. In side views, the edges of the roof tile's surface represent pairs of arcs, with the edges of two humps extending from its bottom surface, with rectangular outlines.
