Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie podające do podawania jednowarstwowego strumienia artykułów prętopodobnych (2) przemysłu tytoniowego obejmujące pierwszy kanał zasilający (10) przystosowany do przemieszczania artykułów prętopodobnych (2) w formie przepływu masowego (MF), drugi kanał zasilający (11), wyposażony w dolny przenośnik (16), przystosowany do przemieszczania artykułów prętopodobnych (2) w formie przepływu masowego (MF), przy czym drugi kanał zasilający (11) jest połączony przepływowo z pierwszym kanałem zasilającym (10), zasobnik (3) przystosowany do wypełniania artykułami prętopodobnymi (2) połączony przepływowo z drugim kanałem zasilającym (11), przenośnik wyjściowy (5), wyposażony w powierzchnię nośną obejmującą rowki (23), przystosowany do pobierania z zasobnika (3) artykułów prętopodobnych (2) i transportowania artykułów prętopodobnych (2) w formie jednowarstwowego strumienia (SF) artykułów prętopodobnych (2) charakteryzujące się tym, że dno zasobnika (3) jest uformowane przez dolny przenośnik (16) drugiego kanału zasilającego (11) oraz powierzchnię nośną przenośnika wyjściowego (5) oraz tym, że drugi kanał zasilający (11) jest wyposażony w górny element napędowy (17) dla przepływu masowego (MF) obejmujący powierzchnię nośną, która przynajmniej częściowo jest usytuowana zbieżnie w stosunku do powierzchni nośnej dolnego przenośnika (16) drugiego kanału zasilającego (11) w kierunku od pierwszego kanału zasilającego (10) do zasobnika (3).The subject of the application is a feeding device for feeding a single-layer stream of rod-like articles (2) of the tobacco industry comprising a first feed channel (10) adapted to move the rod-like articles (2) in the form of a mass flow (MF), a second feed channel (11) equipped with a lower conveyor (16), adapted to move the rod-like articles (2) in the form of mass flow (MF), the second feed channel (11) being in fluid communication with the first feed channel (10), a reservoir (3) adapted to be filled with rod-like articles (2) ) in fluid communication with the second feed channel (11), the exit conveyor (5), provided with a support surface including grooves (23), adapted to pick up rod-like articles (2) from the reservoir (3) and transport rod-like articles (2) in a single layer form stream (SF) of rod-like articles (2) characterized by the fact that the bottom of the container (3) is driven by the lower conveyor (16) of the second feed channel (11) and the bearing surface of the exit conveyor (5), and that the second feed channel (11) is provided with an upper drive element (17) for mass flow (MF) including the bearing surface, which is at least partially convergent with the bearing surface of the lower conveyor (16) of the second feed channel (11) in a direction from the first feed channel (10) to the reservoir (3).
