Abstract

The subject of the application is a method of producing a concrete mass insensitive to changes in volume, which is characterized by the fact that from 77.1% to 77.9% of loose components, which consist of: slag in the amount of 60% to 70%, active fly ash and inactive in an amount from 28% to 32%, cement in an amount from 2% to 8%, and water in an amount from 22.1% to 22.9% are mixed using known methods until a homogeneous concrete mass is obtained, at the dosing stage loose components and before adding water, the content of SO3, free CaO (lime) and CaO in the active ash is determined by X-ray diffraction and the excess of any of these factors is neutralized by adding inactive fly ash, low in SO3, free CaO (lime) and CaO . The subject of the application is also a concrete mass insensitive to changes in volume, which is characterized by the fact that it contains from 77.1% to 77.9% loose components, which include: slag in the amount of 60% to 70%, active fly ash and inactive in the amount of 28% to 32%, cement in the amount of 2% to 8%, and water in the amount of 22.1% to 22.9%, with the SO3 content being up to 4% m / m, free CaO content (lime) is up to 2% m / m and the CaO content is up to 16% m / m.
