Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest biodegradowalna o właściwościach przeciwdrobnoustrojowych zawierająca wodny roztwór skrobi ziemniaczanej, plastyfikator wielowodorotlenowy w postaci glicerolu która charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera plastyfikator wielowodorotlenowy w postaci glicerolu w ilości 50 do 100 części wagowych na 100 części wagowych skrobi ziemniaczanej, kwas fitynowy w ilości od 1 do 10 części wagowych na 100 części wagowych skrobi ziemniaczanej oraz opcjonalnie ekstrakt z cykorii podróżnik w ilości do 20 części wagowych na 100 części wagowych skrobi ziemniaczanej. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób otrzymywania folii biodegradowalnej o właściwościach przeciwdrobnoustrojowych określonej w zastrzeżeniu 1 charakteryzuje się tym, że do wodnego roztworu skrobi ziemniaczanej dodaje się kwas fitynowy w ilości od 1 do 10 części wagowych na 100 części wagowych skrobi ziemniaczanej, plastyfikator wielowodorotlenowy w postaci glicerolu w ilości 50 do 100 części wagowych na 100 części wagowych skrobi ziemniaczanej oraz opcjonalnie ekstrakt z cykorii podróżnik w ilości do 20 części wagowych na 100 części wagowych skrobi ziemniaczanej, następnie podgrzewa się do temperatury 85°C, aż do całkowitego skleikowania skrobi, kolejno rozwór suszy się w czasie do 25 h w temperaturze do 60°C i dosusza w czasie do 2 h w temperaturze do 85°C.The subject of the application is a biodegradable with antimicrobial properties containing an aqueous solution of potato starch, a polyhydric plasticizer in the form of glycerol, which is characterized in that it contains a polyhydric plasticizer in the form of glycerol in an amount of 50 to 100 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of potato starch, phytic acid in an amount from 1 up to 10 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of potato starch; and optionally, chicory extract in an amount of up to 20 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of potato starch. The application also includes a method of obtaining a biodegradable film with antimicrobial properties as defined in claim 1, characterized in that phytic acid is added to the aqueous potato starch solution in an amount of 1 to 10 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of potato starch, a polyhydric plasticizer in the form of glycerol in an amount of 50 to 100 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of potato starch and, optionally, chicory extract in an amount of up to 20 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of potato starch, then heated to a temperature of 85 ° C until the starch is completely glued, then the solution is dried in up to 25 h at the temperature up to 60 ° C and further dry for up to 2 h at the temperature up to 85 ° C.
