Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest ogniwo litowo-jonowe posiadające co najmniej jeden trójwymiarowy węglowy kolektor prądowy, który charakteryzuje się tym, że trójwymiarowy węglowy kolektor prądowy o grubości 0,1 - 3,0 mm, korzystnie 1,0 - 2,0 mm, wykonany jest z porowatego węgla przewodzącego o wielkości porów 10 - 200 ppi, korzystnie 40 - 80 ppi, w postaci kształtki o wymaganej, docelowej geometrii, wymiarach, kształcie, architekturze przestrzennej, reliefie i porowatości, wykonanej w sposób niewymagający mechanicznej obróbki materiału węglowego, który to kolektor wypełniony jest masą czynną korzystnie zmieszaną z elektrolitem stałym lub ciekłym. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób wytwarzania elektrod do ogniwa litowo-jonowego polegający na wykorzystaniu trójwymiarowych węglowych kolektorów prądowych, który charakteryzuje się tym, że trójwymiarowy węglowy kolektor prądowy wytwarza się w postaci kształtek z porowatego węgla przewodzącego o wymaganej, docelowej geometrii, wymiarach, kształcie, architekturze przestrzennej, reliefie i porowatości, w sposób niewymagający mechanicznej obróbki materiału węglowego, przy czym kształtki te mają porowatość 10 - 200 ppi, korzystnie 40 - 80 ppi, a kształtki te wypełnia się masą czynną, korzystnie zmieszaną z elektrolitem stałym lub ciekłym.The subject of the application is a lithium-ion cell having at least one three-dimensional carbon current collector, characterized in that a three-dimensional carbon current collector with a thickness of 0.1-3.0 mm, preferably 1.0-2.0 mm, is made of conductive porous carbon with a pore size of 10 - 200 ppi, preferably 40 - 80 ppi, in the form of a shaped piece with the required target geometry, dimensions, shape, spatial architecture, relief and porosity, made in a way that does not require mechanical processing of the carbon material, the collector is filled with is an active mass preferably mixed with a solid or liquid electrolyte.
