Abstract

Automatyczny system zraszania górniczego wyrobiska ścianowego, przeznaczony jest do zastosowania w wyrobisku ścianowym, zwłaszcza urabianym przy pomocy kombajnu i posiada układ sterujący jego działaniem, w zależności od położenia urządzenia urabiającego w wyrobisku. System składa się z zabudowanych na urabiającej maszynie (1), nadajników (A) ultradźwiękowych fal, oraz ma zabudowanych wzdłuż wyrobiska (2), na sekcjach (3) zmechanizowanej obudowy (4), detekcyjnych zespołów (B) wykrywających położenie urabiającej maszyny (1). W przykładzie wykonania zamiast ultradźwiękowych przetworników stosowany jest mikrofon umożliwiający odbiór fal akustycznych o częstotliwości odpowiadającej dźwiękom słyszalnym i ultradźwiękom generowanym bezpośrednio przez ścianowy kombajn (1).The automatic spraying system for the mining longwall working is intended for use in the longwall working, especially when excavated with a shearer, and has a system that controls its operation, depending on the location of the mining device in the excavation. In an exemplary embodiment, instead of ultrasonic transducers, a microphone is used that allows for receiving acoustic waves with a frequency corresponding to the audible sounds and ultrasounds generated directly by the longwall shearer (1).
