Sposób wytwarzania betonu komórkowego o niskiej przewodności cieplnej z geopolimeru, z surowców aktywnych znamienny tym, że: wytwarza się aktywną krzemionkę przez mielenie, suszenie i aktywację piasku w polu elektromagnetycznym; wytwarza się aktywny żużel przez mielenie i suszenie żużlu; wytwarza się aktywny roztwór metakrzemianu sodu w wodzie przez aktywację w polu elektromagnetycznym; wytwarza się geopolimer poprzez zmieszanie aktywnej krzemionki, aktywnego żużlu i aktywnego roztworu metakrzemianu sodu z mikrozbrojeniem; spienia się geopolimer poprzez dodanie do wytworzonego geopolimeru białkowego środka spieniającego; przy czym poszczególne składniki dozuje się w następującym udziale wagowym względem całkowitej masy spienionego betonu komórkowego: aktywna krzemionka od 20% do 30%; aktywny żużel od 20% do 30% aktywny roztwór metakrzemianu sodu w wodzie od 37% do 51%; mikrozbrojenie od 0,5% do 1%; białkowy środek spieniający od 1% do 2%.A method of producing low thermal conductivity cellular concrete from a geopolymer from active raw materials characterized by: producing active silica by grinding, drying and activating sand in an electromagnetic field; active slag is produced by grinding and drying the slag; an active solution of sodium metasilicate in water is prepared by activation in an electromagnetic field; a geopolymer is prepared by mixing active silica, active slag and active sodium metasilicate solution with micro-reinforcement; foaming the geopolymer by adding a foaming agent to the produced protein geopolymer; wherein the individual components are dosed in the following proportion by weight based on the total weight of the expanded cellular concrete: active silica from 20% to 30%; active slag from 20% to 30% active solution of sodium metasilicate in water from 37% to 51%; micro-armament from 0.5% to 1%; 1% to 2% protein foaming agent.
