Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest układ technologiczny do strukturyzowania wody przemysłowej, który zapewni intensywne natlenienie i szybkie rozrywanie wiązań, czyli strukturyzację wody przemysłowej/ścieku, której PH ulega podwyższeniu dzięki czemu jest ona wykorzystywana do redukcji elementów zanieczyszczeń wody przemysłowej/ścieków oraz zmiany formy występowania zanieczyszczeń. Układ technologiczny do strukturyzowania wody przemysłowej dostarczanej do układu przez przewód zasilający składa się z przyłącza wodnego (A) zaopatrzonego w przewód zasilający (1) połączony z pompą (2), zaworu automatycznego (3), przepływomierza (4) z filtrem oczyszczania wody przemysłowej z grubszych zawiesin i układu pomiaru (5) parametrów wody i przyłącza powietrznego (B) zaopatrzonego w przewód zasilający (7) połączony z kompresorem (8) reduktorem powietrza (9), przepływomierzem (10) i kolektorem powietrznym (11) dostarczającym powietrze do przewodu strukturyzatora (6). Strukturyzator (6) ma budowę kaskadową i złożony jest z szeregu połączonych ze sobą powtarzalnych zespołów elementów umieszczonych w szczelnej obudowie zamkniętej pokrywami, gdzie do pokrywy podłączony jest przewód powietrzny wyposażony na swej wewnętrznej długości w zwielokrotnione elementy napowietrzające umieszczone wewnątrz obudowy oraz przewód wodny wyposażony w króciec wlotowy i króciec wylotowy, gdzie przewód wodny składa się z szeregu dyfuzorów zaopatrzonych na obwodzie w pierścienie centrujące i magnesy pierścieniowe oraz elementy turbulentne, za którymi znajdują się dysze rozprężne powietrza, przy czym wylot ze strukturyzatora (6) stanowi kolektor wylotowy (25).
